Last updated: March 15, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using UnfriendPal ("the Service"), including our Chrome extension and web dashboard at unfriendpal.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
UnfriendPal is a Chrome browser extension and web dashboard that helps you manage your Facebook friends list. The Service allows you to:
- Scan your Facebook friends list to identify inactive, deactivated, or low-engagement connections
- View engagement analytics and friend tier classifications
- Unfriend connections individually or in bulk
- Export your friend data for personal use
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service responsibly. You must not:
- Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm other users
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the Service in a way that degrades performance for others
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law
- Share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the extension
- Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service beyond the extension's intended functionality
5. Facebook Terms
UnfriendPal automates actions that you can already perform manually on Facebook. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with Facebook's Terms of Service. We recommend using the tool in moderation and not performing large-scale actions in rapid succession. The extension includes built-in rate limiting to help protect your account.
UnfriendPal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc.
6. Paid Plans and Billing
Subscriptions
UnfriendPal offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans (Starter at $9/month and Pro at $19/month) are billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page in your dashboard. Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. Refund requests after 14 days are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its code, design, logos, and content, is owned by UnfriendPal and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that unfriending actions can be undone. Once you unfriend someone on Facebook, you would need to send a new friend request to reconnect.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnfriendPal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of Facebook connections, account restrictions by Facebook, or loss of data.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
13. Contact Us
